Introducing the Bolt Custom Coachos Aries 4053 and Aries 40S3B, redefining luxury
Coaches presenting power and elegance. Buit on Volvo, Freightliner or Western Star Cab
and Chassis with a Single Drivo Axle, these Coaches set new standards for responsive
pertormance and strength. With an overall length of 40 feet, these Coaches offer a full
array of amenities while still maintaining flexibility and driving maneuverability. The Aries
offers luxury living on a full-sized Class 8 truck platform. The Aries powertrain is available
as 500 or 600 horsepower, so it has power to spare.
The Aries 40S3B bunkhouse features three slide-outs with bunk beds and 1 1 bathrooms to
maximize sleeping capacity and living flexibility. By contrast the 40$3 still boasts three
slide-outs but features a deluxe master bedroom with opposing slides and a true King-
Sized Bed.
From tho meticulously crafted interior to the innovative exterior design, the Aries series

- A Bolt Custom Coach is crafted to endure the challenges of modern highways, including exposure to road salt and ice-fighting chemicals.
- Our Coaches are constructed from Galvannealed Steel and Aluminum. Our cargo bays, flooring beams, and ceiling trusses are powder coated and bedlined. This comprehensive design ensures water impermeability and superior resistance to corrosion.
- Our subfloors feature water-impervious materials, specifically fiberglass composite or Coosa board for durability and resilience.
- While competitors often rely on wood subfloors and structural components vulnerable to water damage, rot, and mold, a Bolt Custom Coach is entirely devoid of these issues. Every aspect of our coaches is meticulously designed to be impervious to the elements, ensuring longevity and resilience.
Insulation
- Our Integrated Flooring Cross Members and Ceiling Trusses are engineered for optimal functionality in accommodating plumbing and electrical runs. The entire flooring and ceiling areas are insulated with 4 inches of spray foam, ensuring superior temperature insulation with an R-value of 25 to 30 and noise reduction.
- Our sidewalls boast a 2-inch wall structure with welded aluminum and aluminum or fiberglass exterior wall skins. Our standard wall insulation is block foam with optional spray foam available upon customer request with an R-value of 10 to 14.
